BRUCE CRAIGIE

Bruce Craigie started out working for several record and publishing companies including Stiff, Chrysalis and Go! Discs, and for the past 14 years has managed Idlewild.

He has extensive experience developing acts and now also manages rising stars, Fatherson as well as lecturing at Edinburgh College.

MICHAEL LAMBERT

Michael Lambert has been working in the music industry for 10 years. he has a broad range of experience, spanning concert promotion, event management and A&R.

Michael is also a director of Wide Events CIC which hosts the annual conference and showcase event Wide Days, and has served as a board member of the Scottish Music Industry Association.

AILSA HARPER

Ailsa Harper is a day-to-day manager at A Modern Way, overseeing all aspects of the artists’ businesses.

She brings a great deal of marketing and social media insight to the team, having previously worked at creative marketing agencies, as well as running her own successful social media channels.
